FAQ
- Do you have an in-call facility?
NO. LMT doesn’t have in-call facility at the moment. Our therapists come to your place to perform massage.
- Do you accept foreign currencies?
NO. We only accept British Pound at the moment.
- Can I touch the masseuse?
NO. Just relax and let the masseuse do all the work. The relaxing experience deepens when you remain passive so lie back, receive and enjoy.
- I would like to prolong the massage. Is that possible?
Yes, if the masseuse is available to stay longer you may extend the session.
- Can I be naked during the massage? What I’m supposed to wear during a treatment?
The best way is to have your intimate parts covered with a towel but we do understand that some people prefer to be naked during the session, as they feel more comfortable that way. If you wish to be naked, please ask our therapist if she is OK with that so both sides feel more comfortable. You should wear some comfortable clothes during a Thai massage.
- Do you offer sexual services of any kind?
NO. LMT is not an escort service and we do not offer any sexual/sensual services. Our massages are massages in their true meaning, done by professional massage therapists. Our massages are designed to bring the pleasure through relaxation.
- Can I split the session between two or more people?
Yes, if you are a couple or would like to split your session in between more people we don’t see this as a problem. If you want to do so, please inform the masseuse before the session so she can divide the time needed for each person. Remember, you are paying for the time of the session and not for extra person.
- What happens if I need to cancel my session?
Our cancellation policy is in favour of our customers, as we do not charge any penalty for cancellations. We do understand that this might happen occasionally and that sometimes you just can’t predict some occurrences. Although, we would really appreciate if you could let us now as soon as you find out your session needs to be cancelled.
- How can I pay for the therapy?
Currently we accept only cash payment, which you pay directly to the therapist after a session. We are now working to implement the online payment option for our customers so they can pay by debit/credit card if they wish to and it will be online soon. Note that we do not accept payments by cheques at any time.
- Can I discuss my health related problems with the therapist before the session?
Every therapy should start with a consultation, as the masseuse should know about your health issues and difficulties before the session starts. In this case, therapy can be aimed/tailored for your needs.
- Are your therapists experienced and fully qualified?
Yes, all of our therapist have at least few years experience in different facilities (spas, hospitals, private salons, etc.) and they are holding ITEC Qualification or some other European/Internationally recognized qualification. Every therapist also have to pass CRB checks to make sure that all our therapists don’t have criminal records in the past.
- Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
We only ask you to provide the towels. Our therapists always provide oils and other accessories.
- Is your company properly insured in case that something goes wrong?
Yes, we have full public and employer liability insurance and also professional indemnity insurance.
- Can I book my therapy even couple days in advance?
Of course you can. Just give us a call to make sure we can meet your needs for any specific day and time.
- What time is the last appointment and how long it can last?
Last session should start at 10pm and can only last until 12pm. Last booking for the day should be done by 9pm.
- How long in advance do I have to book my session?
Long enough to enable our therapist to be with you on time. Usually about an hour before the session starts. (Subject to client location)
- Would you let me know if the therapist is running late?
Yes, we will give you a call to inform you if the therapist won’t be able to arrive on time. Bear in mind that London Transport may not be the most reliable company and this situation may occur. Although, you can avoid such situations by booking your massage well in advance.
